Michelle started her Real Estate career as a junior office assistant at the age of 18 and after 15 months was promoted to Office Manager.

Michelle has been a Finalist as Administrator of the year many times and still thrives on improving the daily levels of service delivered to the public.

Michelle joined Andrew Reibelt's team 2 years ago and is now RealWay Property Consultants Redcliffe's Office Manager.

Michelle has a total of 8 years experience in the Real Estate industry and is proud of the administration section of our team.

Michelle is responsible for the day to day running of the office and is available to help in relation to the most vital aspects of the sales process.
